मध्यप्रदेश शासन स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के द्वारा 24 अगस्त 2023 को एक महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिया गया है जिसमें Best of Five Yojna समाप्त करना, CCLE लागू करना एवं गणित में दो विकल्प उपलब्ध करवाना शामिल है । उरोक्त महत्वपूर्ण तीन निर्णय निम्नलिखित हैं

1. वर्तमान सत्र 2023 24 से कक्षा 9वी एवं दसवीं में सतत एवं व्यापक अधिगम एवं मूल्यांकन अर्थात CCLE प्रक्रिया लागू कर दी जाएगी ।
2. वर्तमान शिक्षण सत्र 2023-24 में कक्षा 9वी में और अगले सत्र 2024 – 25 में कक्षा दसवीं में विद्यार्थियों को गणित के दो विकल्प उपलब्ध होंगे । पहला सामान्य गणित और दूसरा उच्च गणित ।
3. CCLE अर्थात सतत एवं व्यापक अधिगम एवं मूल्यांकन और सामान्य गणित और उच्च गणित की विकल्प की कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करते हुए अगले सत्र 2024-25 से मध्य प्रदेश स्कूल शिक्षा में कक्षा नवमी एवं दसवीं की वार्षिक परीक्षा में पूर्व में प्राप्त अंकों की गणना में जो Best of Five yojna लागू की थी उसे पूरी तरह समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा ।
4. उक्त दोनों  निर्णय बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है जिसमें CCLE को weightage दिया जा रहा है, गणित के दो विकल्प रखे गए हैं एवं कक्षा दसवीं में जो बेस्ट ऑफ फाइव पद्धति से रिजल्ट बनाया जाता था उसे अगले सत्र से समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा । यह बहुत ही क्रांतिकारी परिवर्तन है ।

मध्यप्रदेश शासन स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग में MP Board की कक्षा 9वी एवं दसवीं की वार्षिक परीक्षा में वर्ष 2023-24 से CCLE अर्थात सतत एवं व्यापक अधिगम एवं मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ करने हेतु आदेश जारी कर दिए गए हैं । बहुचर्चित नई शिक्षा पद्धति NEP 2020 के अनुरूप स्कूली शिक्षा में व्यापक परिवर्तन किया जाना है . इस हेतु प्रत्येक राज्य इसे लागू करने हेतु क्रमबद्ध तरीके से विभिन्न तरह की परिस्थितियों को ध्यान में रखते हुए नई पद्धति को लागू करने का प्रयास कर रहा है । इसी क्रम में मध्यप्रदेश शासन ने महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिया है, जिसमें 24 अगस्त 2023 को मध्यप्रदेश शासन की स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग ने एक पत्र जारी किया है जिसमें उल्लेख किया गया है कि शिक्षण सत्र 2023 – 24 से कक्षा नवमी एवं दसवीं में सतत एवं व्यापक अधिगम एवं मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ कर दी जाएगी ।  CCLE के बारे में काफी दिनों से चर्चा की जाती थी कि व्यापक मूल्यांकन के माध्यम से ही समग्र मूल्यांकन किया जा सकता है  एवं पूरे वर्ष भर में एक ही परीक्षा ले जाने से बच्चों में बहुत अधिक तनाव होता था ।

इससे यह स्पष्ट हो जाएगा कि CCLE लागू हो जाने से  वर्ष में कई तरह की परीक्षाएं ली जाएगी और जिसमें सिद्धांत एवं प्रायोगिक परीक्षाएं जो वर्तमान में की जाती है ।  उन सभी का आकलन किया जाएगा वर्तमान परिस्थितियों में देखा जाए तो अभी सिर्फ बोर्ड परीक्षाओं में अर्थात कक्षा 10वीं और 12वीं में ही ccle  का weightage  मात्र 20% अलग-अलग विषयों में रखा जाता था और जो सिर्फ औपचारिक हुआ करता था किंतु वर्तमान सत्र 2023-24  से कक्षा नौवीं एवं 10 वी में सतत एवं व्यापक मूल्यांकन लिया जाएगा । इस आधार पर सिर्फ विषयों में ही नहीं बल्कि उनकी गतिविधियां होती हैं । विज्ञान  प्रयोग वाले विषयों में प्रयोगों के अलावा अन्य दूसरी सामान्य गतिविधियां जिसमें प्रार्थना सभा, संगीत, खेल और अन्य दूसरी तरह की क्रिएटिविटी शामिल की जाती है जिसको की मध्य प्रदेश एजुकेशनल कैलेंडर Academic Calendar  का विस्तृत वर्णन किया गया है इन सभी के आधार पर मूल्यांकन किया जाएगा ।

Second Major change : Double Option in Mathematics

एक अन्य महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय में मध्यप्रदेश शासन स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग ने यह तय किया है कि वर्तमान शिक्षण सत्र 023- 2324 में कक्षा 9वी में एक विशेष विषय गणित को दो तरह से लिए जाने की सुविधा प्रदान की है ।  कक्षा 9वी में वर्तमान सत्र 2023-24 में सामान्य गणित एवं उच्च गणित का विकल्प दिया जा रहा है, जिसका नई शिक्षा पद्धति NEP 2020 में विस्तृत वर्णन दिया गया है । जो विद्यार्थी सामान्य गणित लेंगे वो गणित विज्ञान विषय की तरफ नहीं जाएंगे बल्कि विज्ञान विषय यदि कक्षा दसवीं के बाद जिन विद्यार्थियों को विज्ञान विषय लेना है उच्च गणित का विकल्प से परीक्षा देंगे और उसके बाद विज्ञान विषयों को कक्षा ग्यारहवीं से चयन कर सकते हैं । ठीक इसी तरह अगले सत्र 2024-25 में कक्षा दसवीं में भी इस गणित के 2 विकल्पों की सुविधा दी जाएगी अर्थात वर्तमान सत्र में 23 – 24 में कक्षा नौवीं को और अगले सत्र 2024-25  में दसवीं के विद्यार्थियों को यह सुविधा दी जाएगी । इस तरह स्पष्ट हो जाएगा कि जिन विद्यार्थियों को और अन्य सामान्य क्षेत्र में जाना है वह सामान्य गणित सकते हैं किंतु यदि जिन विद्यार्थियों को विज्ञान विषयों की तरह विशेषकर गणित विषयों का चयन चयन करना है उन्हें उच्च गणित का विकल्प दिया जाएगा ।

मध्यप्रदेश शासन स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग ने वर्तमान सत्र 2023-24 में CCLE कक्षा नवमी एवं दसवीं में लागू करने एवं गणित के 2 विकल्पों की सुविधा दिए जाने के पश्चात यह तय किया है कि कक्षा नवमी एवं दसवीं में जो वार्षिक परीक्षा होती है जिस में प्राप्त अंकों की गणना करने हेतु पूर्व से Best of Five Yojna लागू की गई थी जिसे पूरी तरह समाप्त किया जा रहा है अर्थात वर्तमान सत्र 2023-24 के पश्चात 2024-25 में जो परीक्षाएं होंगी अर्थात 2024-25 से कक्षा नवमी एवं 10वी में पूरी तरह बेस्ट ऑफ फाइव पद्धति समाप्त कर दी जाएगी ।  MPBoard Best of Five Approach Discontinue क्योंकि वर्तमान में जो बेस्ट ऑफ फाइव पद्धति है उसमें कोई भी ऐसे विषयों में से अधिकतम अंक प्राप्त अर्थात जिन विषयों में यदि कोई विद्यार्थी उत्तीर्ण हो जाता है तो उसे उत्तीर्ण मान लिया जाता था जबकि यह पद्धति समाप्त हो जाने से यदि कोई विद्यार्थी पांच विषय में उत्तीर्ण हो जाता है और एक विषय में उत्तीर्ण नहीं होता है तो उसे पूरक माना जाएगा और पूरक की परीक्षा के उपरांत उसे अनुत्तीर्ण माना जाएगा ।

2017-18 में लागू हुई थी Best of Five Yojna

Best of Five Yojna को माध्यमिक शिक्षा मण्डल मध्यप्रदेश ने 10वीं के परिणाम में सुधार करने के लिए 2017-18 में लागू किया गया था। इस योजना के तहत अगर विद्यार्थी छह विषयों में से पांच विषय में उत्तीर्ण हो जाता है और एक विषय में फेल होता है तो भी उसे उत्तीर्ण घोषित किया जाता था। इसमें सर्वाधिक अंकों वाले पांच विषयों के अंकों को जोड़कर परिणाम घोषित किया जाता था, जबकि सबसे कम अंक आने वाले छठवें विषय को रिजल्ट में शामिल नहीं किया जाता था।
